Cold Comfort Migraine Treatment
Migraines and their accompanying symptoms can be debilitating, but this wonderful treatment will help you with the relief you seek. By utilizing a combination of deep breathing techniques, essential oils, cold marble stones, and pressure points vascular blood flow to the head and neck is decreased, and headache points are released.
This treatment is most effective at the onset of pre-migraine/headache symptoms, at which time it can fully relieve symptoms or help prevent a full on migraine. Even if your migraine is in process, our cold stone treatment will still greatly reduce your pain and associated illness.
For headaches stemming from chronic tension, or for those who need more than 30 minutes of bodywork, we recommend our 60 minute session.
During the longer session, the therapist will focus on the tight muscles of the back, neck and shoulders which contribute to headache, as well as the specialized migraine work.

Cupping massage
Our cupping massage has multi-faceted wellness benefits. By utilizing positive pressure created with hand-squeezed silicone cups that lift and separate the connective tissues up to 4 inches deep. Unlike with traditional negative, or downward pressure, the circulatory & lymphatic channels are opened more deeply and remain more widely open for a few hours after the massage has finished. This allows the body to more fully expel cellular waste and to increase the production of collagen and elastin, which means this style of massage is anti-aging as well. Since the cups are operated manually, the therapist is able to tailor the pressure to your specific need and comfort. It is a very deep but gentle massage that we highly recommend.
As our cups are kept moving throughout the massage, the chances of red marks being left behind are minimal. In our experience petechiae, or the red marks left behind, usually only happen if the cups are left stagnant in an area, if the area has sustained an injury, or the tissue in that spot was
especially in need of work. Please keep in mind that while the area might be red or have a hickey-like appearance, that is often the area that will be receiving the most benefit and it is well worth a little discoloration.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Our Lymphatic system helps rid the body of toxins, fight infection and disease. Injury, surgery, or illness can damage the Lymphatic system causing swelling and reduced range of motion. Manual lymphatic drainage can gently help reduce lymphedema and decrease the build up of toxins.

Spot on Pain Relief
This therapeutic, but gentle, massage is perfect for localized pain. By combining massage techniques with alternating hot & cold stone application, pain from injury, overexertion, or chronic conditions is relieved.
These diverse techniques simultaneously reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and release tight muscles to reduce pain. Conditions benefited by contrast massage include: strains/sprains, sports/repetitive strain injuries, arthritis/fibromyalgia, muscle spasms and joint pain. However, if you suffer from heart or circulatory problems, acute injury, or neuropathy, this treatment should be avoided. This treatment may be added to any of our massage sessions for maximum pain relief.

Deep Tissue Massage
By working from the outermost layers of your tissues down to the deepest, this style of massage liberates your body from the knots & stiffness created by stress and/or injury. While extremely popular and very potent, deep tissue is not recommended for first time massage. Deep tissue should never be painful, if at any time you experience pain do not hesitate to let us know and we will adjust accordingly.

Swedish Massage
Studies have proven an hour Swedish massage to be so soothing & effective that it’s equal to approximately 6 hours sleep. A firm but gentle touch is utilized to release tension and restore the spirit. This is a perfect massage for someone experiencing massage for the first time or just needing a little escape from the everyday.
30 minutes: $45
60 minutes: $75
Hot Stone Massage
If deep tissue is too intense or you just want a luxurious experience, this is the massage for you. Warm essential oil & hot stones will gently soften your muscles down to their core. Any tension and stiffness will melt away as your nervous system quiets and your circulation improves. This is truly one of the most relaxing forms of massage available.
(Not recommended for pregnant women)

Hot Stone/Deep Tissue Fusion
For those that suffer with chronic pain or if it has been a long time between massages, this combination will be extremely effective. By merging the benefits of both styles of massage, the therapist is able to work the inner most layers with less discomfort. Warm oil and hot stones will calm the nervous system and ease tension, while the deep tissue technique releases knots and revives stagnant circulation, giving you an amazing level of relief.

Raindrop Technique
Feeling stressed or just out of tune with the world? The Raindrop Technique utilizes 9 Essential oils on the feet and back to balance and re-align the energy centers, while reducing anxiety and promoting the body’s natural detoxification.
In addition your muscles will be relaxed with hot stones that are used in combination with massage on the back and feet in a particular sequence.
The description most often used for the scent of the merging of the oils is “it smells like Christmas.” You will leave your session feeling renewed in mind, body, and spirit.
Not recommended for those highly sensitive to essential oils, strong aromas, or those who may be pregnant.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage
By merging the benefits of Himalayan Salt Stones with Deep Tissue Massage, you will experience the best of both worlds! The therapist’s touch will work out adhesions and stiffness from the very core of your muscles. Deep tissue massage will induce relaxation, while increasing circulation and reducing inflammation. For the areas needing more special attention the Himalayan Salt Stones will help the therapist go even deeper into the muscle layers without added discomfort. Your overall sense of well-being will improve as the salt stones help restore depleted minerals to the skin as well as softening & moisturizing. An added benefit of the Salt Stones is their ability to help purify and balance the ions in the surrounding environment. For those that suffer with chronic pain or if it has been a long time between massages, this fusion will give you an amazing level of relief.
