She graduated with Honors from Everest College’s Massage Therapy program in 2015, where she built a strong foundation in pathology, anatomy & physiology, and kinesiology. Sarah integrates this knowledge into her sessions, creating experiences that are both safe and relaxing while also
deeply therapeutic.

Over the years, Sarah has expanded her practice to include more holistic and energetic approaches. She became a Reiki Practitioner in October 2022, and in April 2023 became a Bodymind Practitioner and a registered hypnotherapist in Washington State. She believes in treating the body and mind as one—supporting physical, mental, and emotional well-being for
every client she works with.

Beyond her practice, Sarah is the proud mom of four amazing young adults/teenagers and grandma to two beautiful granddaughters. She’s also a musician with the Hometown Band of Kitsap County. In her free time, she loves searching for shark teeth on the beach, collecting rocks and gems, indulging in chocolate, watching horror and thriller movies, and reading
medical mystery novels.

Sarah is currently facing ongoing medical challenges. As a single mom with two children still at home—and without access to state disability coverage—she continues to rely on community support to help cover mounting medical bills and basic living expenses until she can fully get back on her feet.
